My Doctor has been very helpful, but the assistant that took my blood was rude. They left the room as if I was done or still waiting for someone, so I went to the desk outside and asked them is there anything else to do like set my next appointment. The two workers there weren’t sure, and the assistant said to them “he’s crazy”, which wasn’t subtle at all and very unprofessional. I just walked to the other desk on the way out where they set my next appointment. All the assistant had to do was say to go there. Lol

Ravi Nagraj, is an excellent doctor who really listens to there patients and provides valuable feedback. The doctor is very good at responding to email questions as well and especially in a timely manner. The front desk staff is friendly. I hardly give good or great reviews so this should reflect the fact that Ravi Nagraj is an excellent doctor. A+

I had an exceptional experience at Genesis Community Health. Dr. Ravi Nagraj is truly one of the best—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to his patients’ well‑being. He takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely supported and understood. The entire staff is just as wonderful: kind, efficient, and always welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. I’m grateful to have found a clinic where everyone works with such compassion and professionalism.

The worst center in the country. They will schedule a vaccination appointment and not have the vaccine itself. Few times. They don’t care about their job. They don’t care about their patient. Not even capable of giving you their other center phone number situated in delray. Go to delray. This one is horrible.

Amazing staff Excellent care and customer service. Rebecca and Lisette were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The clinic is lucky to have them. I definitely recommend this place!
